After visit Boudhanath, I continue my trip to taste the local culinary at Mustang Thakali Kitchen which located at Thamel Marg, Kathmandu. After googling some local food in Kathmandu, I found this restaurant and it's quite far from Boudhanath. So, I grab taxi to go there. It's a small restaurant which offers some traditional food of Nepal and the famous one is Dal Bath. Eventhou it's small restaurant, it's very comfortable and clean. Moreover, their menu are very delighful. They have tables like at dinner and high backed benches.
I had their Dal Bath and Thukpa. Both of them are become my favourite Nepalese food currently. Dal Bath consists of steamed rice and cooked lentil soup called dal and Bhal means boiled rice. This food is often served with vegetable tarkari mix of available seasonal vegetables.
Next is Thukpa. Thukpa is a Tibetan noodle soup which consst of noodle and vegetables, egg and meat. It was delicious and I think I love this meal more than Dal Bhat.

I highly recommend you to visit this restaurant when you visit Kathmandu. Beside the food was delicious, the staffs are friendly and the price are reasonable. I really wanna go back to this place again :)
