From the entrance gate, you have to trekking through the river, hills and the view was wonderful. Need 6 hours trekking to the top to see that beautiful scenery. But, if you're stong enough, you need less than 6 hours.

This National Park is very wonderful and all of your tired will be dissapear. This view is amazing and I don't know how to describe it. You have to go there and see it by yourself.
Hi guys, it's another day in China and now I'm not gonna explore the city, but the nature. Well, you know that China has so much interesting tourism object to explore and today I'm going to Zhangjiajie. Actually, there's no flight to Zhangjiajie but you can go to the nearest city. Starting my journey from Jakarta to Chengdu by using Air China at 00.15 am. This flight is not direct but I ave to transit in Beijing then continue to Chengdu. Almost 13 hours trip and I finally arrive at Chengdu.
Arriving at Chengdu, I take train to Zhangjiajie. This trip need 10 hours trip. Well, it's very long trip and feel so tired. That's why when I arrive in Zhangjiajie I check in at Hotel directly and rest. On the next day, I go to Zhangjiajie National Forest acommpanied by my brother who live in China and go there by car.
There are 2 ways to reach the summit of this national park, beside trekking you can going upthere by using cable car. But of course, it will take extra cost to buy the cable car ticket. Before entering this National Park, you should buy entrance fee around CNY 245 per adults if you're visit during March to December. But if you're going to visit it on December to February, the ticket will be cheaper because it's winter, you only need to pay about CNY 136 for adults. For you who choose useing cable car, the ticket will be cost CNY 144 for round trip.
For you who love trekking and want to explore this National Park, better you wear sport shoes or any comfortable shoes and jacket, just in case the weather getting worst. Or if you don't have many times to explore, I suggest you to use tour package which is very easy to find in Zhangjiajie Station. Don't forget to bring camera and always keep this place clean :)
