Trying to dinner in the highest restaurant in London and this is my first time visit this restaurant. Actually, it's been long time I want to taste the menu in this restaurant, but I have to make reservation first and I made it a month ago. So, I go to Heron Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, London and the nearest Tube Station is London Liverpool Street. Arriving at Heron Tower, go to 40th floor in 40 secoinds via 2 scenic lifts running at 5mps.

When the first time I arrive there, this restaurant is very lovely. Beside they have breathtaking view, they also have unique design with Open kitchen where you can see the cooking process.

For the menu, it's a playful take on traditional British cuisine and its European influences, using local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. The dishes are created for sampling and sharing, complemented by iconoclastic coctail experience.

I has their Duck & Waffle with price about £18. I never eat duck with waffle before and this is amazing. This dish is consist of crispy duck leg on a fluffy waffle, then topped with crisp fried duck egg. I really enjoy this dish so much.

Duck & Wwaffle has an amazing atmosphere, with a dining experience that is welcoming and intimate. The service is very good, though it would depend on who you get in terms of attentiveness.  Interest to visit? don't forget to booked it about a month before and wear dress code, defined as "Casual Elegance" and they sent an email to remind guest to refrain from wearing athletic or ripped jeans. Also, keep in mind the dining reservation is limited to one hour.
